Richard completed a degree in Sports & Exercise Development in 2004 and subsequently graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist from St. George's, University of London in 2008. He currently splits his time between The Landings Physiotherapy Clinic and working as a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner as part of the NHS.
He has worked as a Team Lead Physiotherapist within the Spinal & Pain Team at The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Hospital. Here he provided the treatment and management for individuals with acute and persistent spinal conditions, including the management of complex pain cases. Richard has also worked as a Lead Physiotherapist within a multidisciplinary Foot & Ankle Clinic and developed a care pathway for accelerated rehabilitation for post-operative Achilles tendon ruptures for the trust, a topic he has a keen interest in.
Richard has attended a number of post graduate courses and is currently working towards his Master’s degree. He has gained a post-graduate qualification in injection therapy and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). His experience to date has lead to a keen interest in treating sports related injuries, tendon pathologies, shoulder injuries and managing persistent pain conditions and complex cases.

Melissa graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist from St. George's, University of London in 2008. Since graduating she has gained a wealth of expertise working as the Team Lead Physiotherapist in busy London NHS teaching hospitals and within private practices as an MSK Senior Physiotherapist.
She gained her AACP Acupuncture qualification in 2011 to assist pain conditions during rehabilitation and has been on a range of post-graduate manual therapy and rehabilitation courses. Melissa loves to take an holistic approach to uncover the root cause of her patients symptoms. She combines hands on treatment with exercise to promote efficient management and focuses on giving patients an understanding of their condition for greater control in managing symptoms independently and prevent injury.
Melissa enjoys treating a variety of conditions, but has a keen interest in treating back pain, headaches and dizziness.
